Career

Bill started his career at Ford of Europe, then moved to KPMG where he led high-profile consulting projects and honed his financial acumen, turnaround credentials and change management expertise.In his early thirties he founded, built, and sold a commuter airline in the Caribbean — Air Turks and Caicos — selling to a consortium that included Trans Jamaica Airlines and the British Government. His first taste of building something from nothing.
He then joined British Airways as Head of Global In-Flight Product, becoming a Top 100 executive managing a $500M budget, 5,000+ employees, and 150 global locations. He was part of the leadership team that guided the airline through a major downsizing programme.
Alongside the corporate career, Bill founded Drive for Youth, a nonprofit empowering 500+ disadvantaged young people and initiating community projects in India, Nepal, Romania, Burundi, Mexico, and Poland. He served as CEO for three years and raised $3M+ in funding.After BA, he advised the executive board of All Nippon Airways on European expansion, then joined Druid Group PLC where he founded the North American Enterprise Technology division and scaled it from zero to $30M+ revenue in under two years. He also rescued the failing Asia business in under 12 months, including salvaging a major SAP programme at Singapore Airlines.
In 2004 he founded Temasys International in Singapore — an aviation and aerospace consulting firm that secured $10M+ in contracts and led him to deliver a complex production system for Emirates in Dubai. As CIO at Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies, he spearheaded a $40M+ digital transformation and delivered aviation’s first Oracle CMRO system.
In 2010 he founded Swift Integrated Marine Services in Singapore — built it, secured major yacht brand service centre nomination, and sold his controlling interest.
In 2011 he founded Temasys Communications, a pioneering video-as-a-service company using WebRTC technology. Bill was awarded WebRTC Pioneer at the 2013 Global WebRTC Summit in Atlanta, and Temasys was nominated by IBM as one of three startups to watch that year. The platform serviced global enterprise clients and grew substantial recurring revenue.
In 2014 he founded Linacre Capital Partners, the advisory firm through which he now works. He has a career record of raising $400M+ in funding across 20+ businesses, has delivered 20+ mentoring engagements, and served as Chairman of DCS Group (health tech) and Reunitable Ltd (digital platform).
Today Bill is Chairman of Mechex (UK Children’s Home Group), Chairman of Florence Legacy (Elder Care), and Founder of Voxa — a conversational AI platform he is building using AI assistants as his engineering team.
